Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor communication systems, cameras, alarms, and dispatch tools to receive, prioritize, and relay information regarding incidents, service requests, and security-related concerns across the location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating updates to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as appropriate; Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch activity by assigning calls, tracking officer status, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and records related to daily operations; Support a technology-focused location by helping to deter disruptions, reporting unusual activity, and following established policies for sensitive areas, equipment, and/or after-hours activity
