Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a technology-focused location; Screen and verify identification, credentials, packages, and/or personal items as required for entry, while documenting irregularities and referring concerns through appropriate channels; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate; Monitor assigned entry points and screening equipment, observe activity for unusual behavior or unauthorized access attempts, and help to deter policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting conditions that may impact operations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures
