Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.; Screen people, packages, and/or personal property in accordance with site policies, and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help support security-related operations and site policy compliance.; Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor processing areas, helping to manage authorized access while maintaining detailed logs, reports, and other required records.
