Do you like people? Do you like beer, or at least get excited about learning about it? You might fit right in at Belmont Brew House.

We re a locally owned brew house in Garden City with 43 rotating taps, great food, trivia, live music, soccer watch parties, and a neighborhood full of regulars and new faces. We re looking for a friendly, dependable Beertender who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and wants to be part of a team that works hard, has fun, and creates a great environment for both our guests and each other.

You don t have to know everything about beer on Day 1. If you already know your IPAs from your lagers, great. If not, bring curiosity and enthusiasm and we ll help you learn. What matters most is that you like people, enjoy hospitality, and want to be part of a positive team.

This position can be full-time or part-time, typically 3 5 shifts per week, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs.

You must have availability for a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. If you are only available for one specific shift or a very limited schedule, this probably won t be the right fit.

• Welcome guests and help create a fun, friendly experience
  
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
  
• Pour beer, cider, wine, and other beverages
  
• Learn our 43 rotating taps and help guests find something they ll enjoy
  
• Talk about beer without making people feel like they need a PhD in hops to order one
  
• Handle payments and operate the POS system
  
• Run food and help keep tables and guest areas clean
  
• Wash and polish glassware
  
• Restock and keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for service
  
• Help your teammates and jump in wherever needed
  
• Have fun while still getting the job done
  

• Must be at least 21 years old
  
• Must have daytime, evening, and weekend availability
  
• Must genuinely enjoy working with people
  
• Knowledgeable about beer or enthusiastic about learning
  
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
  
• Dependable and able to show up on time and ready to work
  
• Able to stay organized and positive when things get busy
  
• Comfortable working as part of a small team where everyone helps each other
  
• Someone who contributes to a fun, positive work environment
