This role supports daily flight operations by ensuring accurate loading, delivery, and retrieval of catering items in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive airport environment. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective coordination with internal teams and airline personnel.RESPONSIBILITIESGather and stage all required equipment and carts for assigned flightsVerify catering loads against flight documentation to ensure accuracySafely load, transport, and unload catering products to and from aircraftPosition catering units at aircraft and operate equipment in accordance with established proceduresRetrieve inbound carts and return them to the flight kitchenCommunicate with team members, flight attendants, and airport personnel to support operations and resolve issuesComply with all standard operating procedures related to driving, equipment use, and aircraft servicingEnsure all deliveries meet required timelines in a time‑sensitive environmentFollow all safety, security, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirementsAny additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentAbility to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, random drug testing, and background check, including TSA and Customs requirementsAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ poundsAbility to work from heights and in proximity to aircraftAbility to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (8+ hours)Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsFlexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as neededReliable attendance and punctualityTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
