Evening Warehouse AssociateOperations Department - FTEvening Shift: M-F, 3PM-11PMOur growing team is based in beautiful Boise, Idaho.You will fulfill daily website orders, pack and ship promotional boxes, and manage bulk orders for third‑party retailers, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.What You'll Do:Fulfill and ship daily website orders.Transfer products accurately, paying attention to item, lot number, and quantity.Improve accuracy and speed over time while minimizing shipping errors to customers.Pack and ship weekly promotional boxes with attention to detail and presentation to send to third‑party partners, influencers, and media.Pack and ship bulk quantity boxes for purchase orders sent to domestic retailers.Assist management in optimizing the shipping process for efficiency and any additional staffing needs.Stock and organize products and supplies as needed.Unpack, organize, and maintain received shipments of product and supplies.What You'll Need to Succeed:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Effective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently within a fast‑paced environmentAbility to stay organized across multiple communication platformsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillAbility to physically move between sitting and standing while packing boxes for several hoursMust be able to lift, carry, and move 50 lbs.Must demonstrate adaptability, as job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with business demandsExperience and Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently within a fast‑paced environmentAbility to stay organized across multiple communication platformsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillShopify and Shipstation experience a plusCompensation:$16.00 per hour plus perks listed below.Perks:Company‑paid health insurance (medical/dental/vision/hearing/life)401(k) & Roth 401(k)No‑cost, in‑house preschoolCasual dress codeFlexible PTOSaalt utilizes post‑offer background reports and drug screenings for employment purposes.
