Guest Service Manager Overview Located just steps from The Village at Meridian, our charming 82‑room property offers the perfect opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to grow their career.As Guest Service Manager, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to drive overall hotel performance, lead front desk operations, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. This role is ideal for a front desk associate ready to take the next step into leadership.What You'll Do Provide warm, professional, and consistent guest serviceLead front desk operations, including scheduling and daily workflowTrain, coach, and support front desk associatesResolve guest concerns and build strong guest relationshipsContribute to revenue goals through effective service and sales practicesMaintain accurate cash handling and internal controlsAssist with marketing initiatives and community engagementEnsure guest rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness and quality standardsManage supply levels and maintain inventory within budgetServe as Manager on Duty and support front desk coverage as neededUphold company policies, safety standards, and security proceduresWhat You Bring High school diploma required; associate degree preferredAt least 1 year of hotel front desk or customer service experienceSupervisory experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast‑paced environmentBasic computer proficiency and solid math skillsFlexible schedule availability is a mustPay & Position Details $20 per hourFull‑time, hourly roleRequires prior hotel and supervisory experienceIncludes all shifts and call‑off support as neededBenefits Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, and FSA optionsCompany‑paid Short‑ and Long‑Term Disability, Life, and AD&DVoluntary Life Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Holidays, PTO, and Sick TimeEmployee discountsPre‑employment background check and drug screening required.
