OverviewThe Inventory Clerk supports daily warehouse and distribution operations at Norma Precision Inc. by ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.This role contributes to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse organization while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain accurate inventory dataReceive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments; verify materials against shipping documentsPick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipmentLoad and unload outbound shipmentsAccurately stage, label, and store inventoryAssist with inventory counts and discrepancy reportingUtilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scannersOperate forklifts and warehouse equipment (if certified)Maintain safety and cleanliness standardsCross-train across warehouse functionsFollow all safety rules and proceduresQualifications / RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentWarehouse or distribution experience preferredStrong computer skills including WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail in both physical and digital workAbility to work independently and in a teamAbility to work under pressureBenefitsWe offer competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities.DISCLAIMERThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
