Our mission is simple: saving lives and restoring relationships by helping people get their lives back, and treating every individual with empathy and respect.Position SummaryAs a key member of the Northpoint team, the Admissions Representative is responsible for overseeing the patient/client admissions lifecycle and consistently driving the census at each facility. This person will be managing a large amount of inbound and outbound lead generation activities including telephone calls, email communications, and online chats to prospect and develop leads. The Admissions Representative will work with multiple departments and outside vendors to ensure all goals are accomplished. As an ambassador of Northpoint, adhering to our Core Values while assisting all potential clients is paramount.Essential Responsibilities and DutiesCoverage of Admissions phone line, online chats, and emailsObtain or oversee acquisition of complete and accurate patient/client information pertinent for admission into a Northpoint facilityExplain insurance benefits to potential patients/clients and their familiesConsult with Admissions Supervisor, Program Director, and Clinical Team about potential admissionsDiscuss payment options with potential patients/clients and/or family members or fiduciariesVerify acquisition of records for pending patients/clients from transferring and/or previous facilities and completion of other necessary documentation; ensure timely receipt of all necessary patient/client recordsProvide the Program Director with information on new patients/clients to aid in schedule developmentAlert Clinical Team about new patients/clients and ensure a gender specific client pickup is scheduledInteract with the patient/client and family and prepare them for the transition; communicate with the Clinical Team, as necessaryVerify that the family, Admissions personnel at the referring facility, marketing representative, and any others involved in a patient's/client's admission have been contacted and provide all pertinent information about the admission to themMaintain contact with referral sources in cooperation with marketersEnsure accurate referral sources are entered into the electronic medical records systemMaintain cleanliness of the Admissions officeDrive Company vehicle for official and approved business; ensure safe transportAdhere to all Company policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of carePerform other related duties and special projects as assignedQualifications / RequirementsMust be at least twenty‑one (21) years of age1+ year of sales experience in a call center setting preferredExperience with a growing company with multiple entities preferredAction‑oriented with the ability to adapt to change, work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive to finishPreferred Knowledge and SkillsExcellent critical thinking skillsExcellent organizational abilitiesStrong mentoring and coaching experience with a team of diverse levels of expertise; ability to influence and engage employees and peersExceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, board of directors, and staffAbility to operate as a practical tactical as well as a strategic thinkerComfortable analyzing information and dealing with complexityQuickly and effectively identify and resolve problematic situationsAble to handle confidential material in a reliable mannerAbility to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalismAbility to effectively prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteMust have a valid driver's license and safe driving recordFull‑time Benefits IncludeSubsidized Health Insurance Coverage for Employee, Spouse, & Dependent(s)100% Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance equal to 1x annual salary, up to $100,000100% Employer Paid Employee Assistance ProgramVoluntary Dental, Vision, Short‑Term Disability, Supplemental Life & AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance.Pre‑tax Savings Accounts for all IRS‑allowable medical and dependent‑care expensesGenerous Paid Time Off planThis job description is not intended, and should not be construed, to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
