This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment used by field technicians and installation teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate inventory and an organized warehouse.Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.Organize, label, and stock materials, parts, and equipment in designated warehouse locations.Pull and stage materials for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service and installation teams.Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and company vehicles.Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular inventory audits.Track materials used and support inventory management processes.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).Assist with deliveries or material pickups when necessary.Follow company safety protocols and warehouse procedures.Qualifications:0–3 years of warehouse, construction supply, or material handling experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic computer skills for inventory systems and documentationAbility to work independently while supporting a team environmentStrong reliability, punctuality, and work ethicValid driver's licensePhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs regularlyFrequent lifting, moving, and handling of heavy items throughout the dayAbility to climb in and out of box trucks and access materials at varying heightsRegular standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periodsWork performed in a warehouse and outdoor environment, including exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditionsBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceEmployee discountPaid time offTraditional 401K + Roth IRA with 4% Employer matchTuition reimbursementWhy Join Western Heating and Air Conditioning?Strong company culture rooted in quality, accountability, and teamwork.Opportunity to play a key role in supporting a growing company.Competitive compensation and benefits package.A supportive environment where “Best Is Our Standard” applies to everything we do, including taking care of our people.Visit our website for other opportunities:
