Our collection includes modern basics like jeans, chic T's as well as a stylish assortment of accessories, outerwear, and footwear.Who are we looking for?An outgoing, professional Stock Lead to work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. Ability to process and distribute products between the Corporate Warehouse and the designated store location, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.What you will be doing:Move product/supplies from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areasSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, and color or product codeEnsure accuracy of transfer documentation to and from store location and warehouse or other store locationsMerchandising and floor stocking as neededSteam, hang, or fold merchandise before putting out on the floorEnsure the stock room is accessible and safe for employee trafficMark materials with identifying information using an appropriate method (tagging)Assist in counting of physical inventoryMay be assigned facilities maintenance duties as neededSweep, dust, mop, and other housekeeping duties of backroom and sales floorAlways keep and organize the stock room and work area for cleanliness and free of debrisCommunicate merchandise and supply needs with the store and corporate management to ensure proper merchandise levels and supplies in conjunction with store manager to avoid additional deliveriesWork independently without the use of headphonesThis position requires standing for a majority of each shift. Sitting is not permitted while processing shipmentsPerforms all other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum high school education or equivalentOne year of prior warehouse experience preferredExcellent organization, verbal and written skillsAbility to work POS, and other store computer applicationsExcel at time management and multi-taskingAbility to count and perform mathematical equations#J-18808-Ljbffr
