Description

We are searching for a receptionist to join our Emerald Clinic!

Purpose

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of FCH. The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Schedule - 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, with the opportunity for evenings and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

Education

• High School/GED

Experience

• 2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred, and previous call center experience preferred.

Licensure / Certification:

• Certified Medical Interpreter, preferred.
