Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to join their team. As a Manufacturing Lead, you will be part of the Production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, anda commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Lead

Location: Garden City, ID

Pay Range: $65000 - $70000

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Lead daily activities on the assembly line to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Assign tasks to operators, monitor production schedules, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and cleanroom protocols, maintaining thorough documentation for audits.
• Enforce safety protocols, including PPE usage and machine guarding, fostering a safety-first environment.
• Support equipment troubleshooting, minor setups, and maintenance reporting to minimize downtime.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Prior leadership experience, such as training or supervising team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degrees are a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools.
• Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
