Larry H Miller Senior Health - - Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding; Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety; Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to the nursing team; Document care provided and observations accurately and timely; Assist with resident dining services and support in meal setup and intake as directed
