  • Monitor project financials, prepare regular status reports for executive leadership and present project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute travel to job sites and client offices as required to provide on-site leadership, resolution of critical issues and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated project management experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years focused on data centers, mission-critical facilities or semiconductor projects.
  • Proven track record managing hyperscale and enterprise data center builds (core & shell, commissioning, MEP coordination) and working with cloud operators such as AWS.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mission-critical systems including UPS, generators, chilled water, electrical distribution, controls and commissioning processes.
  • Experience with tilt-up construction, warehouse and industrial building methods, core & shell delivery and site logistics.
  • PMP, PE or equivalent project management certification preferred; formal construction or engineering degree strongly preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, contract negotiation and financial oversight skills, including cost forecasting, change order management and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to travel frequently (percentage depending on project needs) and operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced construction environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders and clients.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor facility requirements, clean utilities and specialized commissioning is highly desirable.
