*SUMMARY*
The Information Technology Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day information technology systems, infrastructure, manage staff, maintaining networks, upgrades and patches, vendor management and projects.
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY*
The position of Information Technology Manager is responsible for the supervision of *1 *or more employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws, ensuring adherence to EEO guidelines.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*
*1. Leadership & Team Management*
* Support Oversight: Supervise and develop staff while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure helpdesk and technical support teams respond effectively to user issues.
* Committee Member: Participate in the Information Technology Committee and other committees, as assigned by management.
* Policy & Procedures: Create and Maintain information technology policies and procedures.
*2. Infrastructure & Project Management*
* Infrastructure Management: Maintain servers, networks, hardware and software to ensure systems run reliably and securely.
* Overseeing Rollouts: Planning and directing major tech projects, such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, or software implementations. Conduct end user training as necessary.
* Technology Audits and Examinations: Provide requested documentation.
*3. Security & Compliance*
* Risk Management: Oversee disaster recovery protocols, data backups, and security policies to prevent data loss or breaches.
* Data Integrity: Ensuring that corporate data is protected and that only authorized personnel have access.
* Compliance*:* Ensure IT systems adhere to relevant data protection laws and industry regulations; BSA/AML.
*4. Operations, Asset Tracking & Vendor Management*
* Daily Support: Monitoring help desk operations and stepping in to handle escalations or critical system outages when necessary.
* Asset Tracking: Manage the IT assets, including track end of life and/or service.
* Vendor Management: Dealing with third-party vendors, such as internet service providers, software vendors, or hardware suppliers.
*THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR*

· Bachelor's degree (BS) from an accredited college or university in the information technology field, or equivalent education from a technical or trade school and related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to provide leadership, supervision, and training for *1 *or more employees using positive supervisory techniques to ensure maximum productivity, demonstrated ability in organization and delegation skills.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and business software systems, including financial and order processing systems.
· Skills in information technology operations, voice and data communications, troubleshooting techniques, user and software support, including but not limited to host and desktop applications, and network administrative programs and resources.
· Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, read, analyze and interpret documents and professional journals, understand procedures, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to employees.
· Ability to deal with difficult technical problems involving multiple facets, variables and situations where only limited standardization exists.
· Ability to work with minimal or no supervision while performing duties.

Pay: $74,804.67 - $90,087.35 per year
