TJX - 2020 North Eagle Road - Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, including operation of scrubber and buffer; Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows; Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; support multiple store areas as needed; Maintain floor care cleanliness standards and ensure safety policies are followed; Assist with store recovery and front-end coverage as needed
