Firehouse Subs - 2830 North Eagle Road - Responsibilities: Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, and safety standards; Provide leadership to the restaurant team to achieve superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness; Oversee profitability through food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth; Coordinate and implement operations plans and company initiatives for profitability; Staff and develop the restaurant's Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
