Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and supporting security-related response activities at a technology-focused location; Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and routine requests to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner; Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and communication records to help support accurate documentation and timely follow-up; Monitor cameras, alarms, radios, phones, and other dispatch systems to help identify unusual activity and/or coordinate the appropriate response; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location
