Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting relevant information.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support orderly operations and reporting concerns to site contacts when needed.; Assist with routine checks of doors, gates, lighting, and/or other assigned areas, and communicate maintenance issues, hazards, or policy violations through proper channels.
