We are looking to add a Resident Project Representative (RPR) to our Boise, ID team. You'll work with Jacobs Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers in addition to Project Clients and Contractors to deliver key client projects. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living. You will work with the Jacobs Team, Contractors, Engineers of Record and Owner to provide key project-level construction observations and quality management support on a variety of water and wastewater facility projects in the Boise area. Here's What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in related field (or equivalent, relevant work experience)
  • Experience in water and/or wastewater facility construction
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • At least 5 years' experience of technical inspection and/or construction observation work in a construction environment, specifically construction specifications, drawings, and documentation
  • Experience in municipal construction or related field
  • Experience with multiple trade inspection, construction and estimating
  • The physical ability to move around an active construction site
  • Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver results
  • Ability to develop interpersonal relationship building, resolve conflicts, and participate in diverse teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn on the job

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Certified Construction Manager

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $111,500.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper $174,150.00

The base salary range for this position is $111,500.00 to $174,150.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
