Position Overview

One of our Partners in Idaho is seeking CRNAs for a long-term locum assignment beginning August 2026.

This opportunity offers diverse case exposure, flexible daily shift structures, and additional earning potential through call coverage in a well-supported anesthesia department utilizing a collaborative supervision model.

Providers will work in a busy Level II trauma environment with exposure to a wide variety of surgical specialties while avoiding OB, open heart, transplants, and sick pediatric cases.

Assignment Highlights

  • Full-time locum CRNA coverage
  • 40 scheduled hours weekly
  • Additional 24-hour and 16-hour coverage shifts required
  • 1 weekend call shift per month

  • No OB, open heart, burns, transplants, or sick pediatrics
  • Supervision model with max 4:1 ratio

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
  • Participate in supervised anesthesia care model
  • Manage Level II trauma anesthesia cases
  • Perform spinal anesthesia
  • Occasionally place arterial lines
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
  • Document cases within Epic EMR
  • Participate in required call coverage
