Job Description Associate Attorney - Premier Litigation Defense Firm Location: Boise, Idaho A well-established litigation firm with a reputation built on skilled, strategic insurance defense work is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This firm is known for investing inits people and providing a clear path for professional growth within a collaborative environment. As a key member of the insurance defense team, you won't just be supporting from the sidelines-you will be expected to take on meaningful responsibility and work alongside seasoned litigators on high-stakes matters. The Role This position offers the opportunity to span the full lifecycle of litigation, providing a balance of deep analytical work and active courtroom presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including the development of comprehensive defense strategies.
• Advocacy: Research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Direct Representation: Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Risk Assessment: Advise clients on risk management and strategic defense positioning.
• Must have a license in Idaho and it must be in good standing.
