Lawn Crew Foreman $20.00+ p/h to start! Boise, ID Personnel Plus, Inc., Boise, is NOW HIRING for an Experienced Lawn Crew Foreman!

• Full-time 40 hours a week
• Monday-Friday or Tuesday - Friday, day shift hours
• 6:00 am - until done
• $20.00-$22.50 p/h $DOE$
• Overtime will be expected, as needed
• Temp-to-hire

Duties:

• Provide lawn care services to residential and commercial properties
• Perform trimming, edging, mowing, and debris removal duties
• Apply lawn and plant care herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides
• Install, repair, and maintain sprinkler systems
• Provide leadership and direction to crew members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Be drug-free
• Be able to pass a background check
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have a valid Idaho driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must have experience operating commercial lawn equipment such as standing/push mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc.
• Prior landscaping, leadership, and, sprinkler experience
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and be able to bend, kneel, and stoop frequently
• Ability to obtain an Idaho Applicators license
