Additional benefits are listed below.ResponsibilitiesVerify that Field documents are current versions and revisions.Ensure safety policies are being followed.Ensure safety signage, barriers, barricades, Pre-Task Plans, and JHA's are current and in place.Ensure the construction area is neat and clean.Track construction field progress versus the schedule and communicate concerns to PC's and assist in the development of recovery or contingency plans if needed.Coordinate with the needs of system or tool owners.Ensure installed work complies with construction documents and meets quality standards.Attend project meetings, field walks, and sign-off meetings.Coordinate required city permit walks.Expedite Critical RFI's/ SCR's and Submittals.QA sign off for Record Drawings match; for Structural and Architectural sheets as required.Qualifications5+ years of construction experience or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.Knowledge of Facilities processes, systems, and technical challenges.Knowledge of Construction materials properties, use, and installation.Demonstrated ability to read and understand P&ID, shop drawings, and cut sheets.High School Diploma.Preferred2 years if working in a semiconductor environment.Previous industrial construction experience.Physical Effort / ActivitiesMay be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
