Req ID: JR100089 STAFF ENGINEER, PHOTO DRAMKey Responsibilities Lead and drive EUV lithography process development and sustainment for advanced technology nodes in a manufacturing environmentInnovate new design, layout, and photolithography techniques to open a solution space for future generations of memory devices; review literature to identify potential IP opportunities and file disclosuresLead root‑cause analysis and resolution of CDU, overlay, stochastic, and defectivity issues impacting yield and line performanceDevelop and optimize process windows, scanner jobs, and associated metrology strategies to meet performance and manufacturability targetsPartner with equipment, metrology, materials, etch, and integration teams to deliver stable, high‑yield EUV processesCollaborate with external partners and suppliers (scanner, mask, resist, and ecosystem vendors) to evaluate and qualify new technologies to overcome process challengesUse data‑driven methods to analyze large datasets and translate results into actionable process improvementsDocument and communicate complex technical results clearly to engineering peers, leadership, and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering (or related) with 5+ years in semiconductor lithography process engineering OR MS/PhD in same fields with 3+ years in semiconductor lithography process engineeringDemonstrated ability to independently solve complex process problems using structured, data‑driven approachesStrong communication skills, project management skills, and ability to work effectively across disciplines and organizationsPreferred Qualifications Deep EUV knowledge and experience with CDU/overlay modeling, stochastic optimization, or defect mitigation strategiesFamiliarity with data analysis and ML tools (Python, JMP, Excel, statistical workflows)Experience collaborating with external research institutes or equipment/material suppliersResilience and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environmentBenefits We offer a choice of medical, dental and vision plans in all locations enabling team members to select the plans that best meet their family healthcare needs and budget.
