Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.; Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with supervisors, site representatives, and/or first responders regarding security-related events and daily activities.
