Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report concerns; Monitor access points and observe site activity to help to identify potential issues, support authorized entry procedures, and report policy violations; Assist visitors, employees, and/or members of the public with directions, information, and general support while maintaining awareness of site conditions and assigned duties
