Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe site activity, and/or report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel; Support daily operations by following post orders, assisting visitors and staff with directions or questions, and/or maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
