Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at a technology-focused location.; Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and documented credential checks.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or contacting appropriate personnel when needed.; Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or unusual activity.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the lobby, access points, and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity while observing conditions that may require follow-up.
