Merrill Gardens - 2600 North Milwaukee Street - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, HVAC, landscape, carpentry work, painting, and equipment repair; Maintain walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture, woodwork in common areas; Repair and maintain vacated rooms and complete work orders in a timely manner; Handle in-house plumbing tasks (sinks, toilets, bathtubs) and minor electrical work in units/common areas; Assist with safety procedures and hazard communications; respond to accidents and emergencies per protocol
