MasTec - - Responsibilities: Direct and supervise a crew in planning, lay-out, installation and alignment all in accordance with plans, specifications, tolerances, industry standards and codes; Plan and coordinate the efforts of the journeyman and craftsmen under supervision and motivate the crew to work safely and efficiently; Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions; conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance; Follow the Mastec planning/JSA process and provide feedback and training to the crew; Examine field conditions, identify problems, and implement corrective actions; maintain adherence to safety and production standards
