Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Substation Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and drafters delivering high-quality substation design projects while overseeing day-to-day operations, resource planning, and staff development. This role requires 10+ years of substation engineering design experience, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, and proven people leadership. The Manager will support technical execution across the full project lifecycle, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to proposals, schedules, and budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills are essential, along with involvement in business planning, recruiting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time position is located in Boise, ID.
