We're looking for a Line Cook who shares that belief and is ready to execute.


The Role
This is a hands-on execution position for a culinarian who thrives on the line, focused on the food. You will own daily station operations driving quality, managing waste, developing your skills, and holding the standard on every ticket. You'll work closely with kitchen leadership and front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest experience built on consistency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.

What You'll Do
  • Work alongside the Chef de Cuisine to setup the line for success each and every service
  • Set and uphold the standard for food quality and plating consistently ticket-by-ticket
  • Execute and expedite during peak service present, focused, and composed under pressure
  • Manage station prep, product rotation, inventory pars, and minimize waste with intention and discipline
  • Plan and build station setups aligned with business volume and prep targets
  • Learn, practice, and develop line and prep skills investing in your growth, not just your output
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully compliant station at all times
  • Collaborate with BOH and FOH colleagues to ensure the guest experience is cohesive from kitchen to table

What We're Looking For
  • 2 3 years minimum in a Line Cook or senior Prep Cook role in a scratch-cooking, full-service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage station prep and ordering while minimizing waste
  • A professional who builds trust within their team by being consistent, honest, and supportive under any circumstances
  • Strong technical foundation classical technique, kitchen systems, station setup, menu execution
  • Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented when the pressure is on
  • Availability for standard kitchen hours, including evenings and weekends
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification required, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire

Your station is set up on time to standard, your prep numbers are in line with business volume, and your team shows up excited and ready to work with you because you've earned their trust and respect.
