Adecco is immediately hiring 6 Manufacturing Associates for a company in Nampa, ID! As a Manufacturing Associate you will help build and assemble modular homes in an indoor, climate-controlled factory setting.
Pay: $18-20 DOE
Shift/Hours: 3-12s: Fri/Sat/Sun 6:00am-6:00pm
Responsibilities
- Follow written instructions and diagrams to cut and measure wood to create kits for walls and floors/ceilings
- Use power tools including hand and table saws, drills, routers and nail guns
- Perform tasks such as laying insulation, electrical wiring, painting and final finish
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by leadership
- 2+ years Construction, Carpentry, Woodworking or relevant experience
- Electrical wiring installation experience
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand, power and pneumatic tools
- Strong problem-solving and self-starting abilities
- Passion for innovation and process improvement
- Ability to stand, bend for duration of shift
- Ability to lift 50lbs
