The facility maintains modern medical infrastructure with electronic documentation systems and dedicated medical assistant support to ensure quality patient care delivery. The credentialing timeframe requires 6 weeks for completion.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting four days per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The clinician will manage approximately 16-18 patients daily, focusing on geriatric care with emphasis on technology proficiency and comfort with electronic systems. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic and acute medical conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation with medical assistant support. The position requires comfort with technology and geriatric experience.
