A Flex Machine Operator for Go. Go squee. Z-Bel is responsible for learning how to operate various machines on different high speed production lines (i.e. crusher, mixer/cooker, packaging equipment, etc.). This position will be used for coverage in the event of an absence and will assist with quality issues, sanitation and projects as needed. This position is for B shift - Sunday through Tuesday and E/ O Wednesday from 7:00 pm - 7:00 am. There is a $2 differential for this shift. Position Responsibilities: Operation of Tetra Pak machine mixing of materials and products Load ingredients into Tetra Pak machine according to Maternes specifications Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment through touchscreen/ HMI Read schematics and diagrams to monitor machine activity (flow, machine status, temperature settings, level indication) Testing of PH levels, viscosity levels, brix levels, using quality devices Receive / inspect materials and accept or reject based on Maternes specification...Production, Machine Operator, Materials, Shift, Packaging
