Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a successful online retailer in Eagle, Idaho! As a CSR, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with product info, and resolve issues efficiency and with empathy. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a high-volume, phone-heavy role.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays Pay: $20-22/hr. depending on experience.
Requirements:
1+ years of call center experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience with multi-line phones and CRM systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform background check and credit check
Preferred:
Comfortability with using the latest technology
3+ yrs Call Center Experience
Management Experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
