As a Room Attendant at Courtyard, youll be the reason every guest feels at home by creating spotless, welcoming spaces with care and consistency. Job Duties/ Responsibilities:Follow proper bed-making standards, including stripping or turning down beds as appropriate for check-outs and stay-overs. Empty trash, wipe all surfaces, clean refrigerators, and restock room amenities to ensure guest comfort. Reset room furniture and ensure correct placement of items such as hangers, curtains, pillows, nightstand supplies, TV accessories, and thermostats. Clean and sanitize guest room bathrooms according to hotel cleanliness standards, using approved chemicals and protective equipment.
