This role will assist in developing a standardized intake process for new work requests, including billing rule enhancements and data extract requests. The intern will play a key role in improving the consistency, clarity, and efficiency of how new work is requested, documented, and tracked.Essential FunctionsDefine, document, and consolidate existing capabilities across billing and extract functionsAssist in designing and maintaining a standardized intake/request form to improve clarity and efficiency in ticket submissionSupport the intake and lifecycle management of new requests, including documentation and communicationPartner with stakeholders to facilitate accurate and complete request submissionsCollaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure alignment and effective delivery of requestsQualificationsCurrently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldMinimum GPA of 3.0Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferredPrevious work experience or meaningful extracurricular involvement preferredKey Skills & AttributesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentStrong organizational and problem‑solving skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new processesSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to take initiativeExposure to SQL, data analysis tools, or healthcare data is a pluSSharecare and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers and E-Verify users.
