Client Communication & Support Serve as the clients main resource for all project-related questions, updates and expectations. Maintain proactive, timely communication regarding schedules, changes, milestones and next steps Ensure clients have a clear understanding of project scope, timelines and progress Upon completion of the project, ensure closeout documents are delivered and reviewed with client Project Coordination Responsible for the smooth transitions of projects from design, through the sales process to production handoff for execution Communicate material selections, design intent and scope details to production teams timely to meet project timelines and schedule Track Project progress and ensure alignment with approved plans and Franz witte quality standards are being met.
