The Treasury Delivery Specialist II will function in a dynamic capacity to support Treasury Solutions Officers in the onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships. This position will assess new and existing customer needs, recognize cross-sell opportunities, and work with the appropriate Bank partner to ensure all the client's needs are being met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Establishes and fosters a trusting relationship with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Payments Consultants, and the Retail Network to work closely with them to support the needs of Treasury customers. Onboards and maintains of all Treasury products such as Business Online Banking (I Corp), ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay (I Payables), Remote Deposit, Sweeps, and Electronic Bank Statements (I Statements).
