Project Documentation: Lead the drafting and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Interconnection Agreements (including generator, transmission, and load), and Electric Service Agreements. Regulatory Navigation: Provide high-level counsel on industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance matters. Transactional Lead: Manage large-scale energy asset acquisitions, divestitures, and project financing transactions. Strategic Counsel: Advise clients on transmission service matters and other specialized industry agreements. Qualifications Experience: 5-10 years of dedicated energy transactional experience within a sophisticated law firm or corporate legal department. Specialized Knowledge: Extensive experience with PPAs and Interconnection Agreements is strictly required. Bar Admission: Active member in good standing of the Idaho State Bar (or the ability to become admitted via reciprocity). Education: J.
