Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities will include: Litigation: Managing cases through all phases of discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation. Transactional: Handling real estate matters and business entity formation/dissolution. Estate Planning: Drafting and implementing comprehensive estate plans and related documents. Performing high-level legal research and writing in a deadline-driven environment. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client solutions. Candidate Requirements Experience: Substantial work experience in Litigation, Transactional Law (Real Estate/ Business), or Estate Planning. Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Idaho or currently in the process of obtaining an Idaho license.
