Simplot - - Responsibilities: Operates and monitors equipment in the Distribution to include, but not limited to, foreign material/defect detection, mechanical sizing equipment and product transfer equipment, within Packaging A Zones 4 and 5; Identifies when screen size changes are needed and makes necessary adjustments; Manages off grade and overflow product within the day freezer and controls the blending of bulk product; Manages totes and tote movement for proper tagging and staging, including tote movement with forklift, within Packaging A Zones 1, 2, and 3; Operates and monitors equipment in the stretch wrapper area to include proper tote tagging, wrapping, and all stretch wrapper operations, within Packaging Zone 6
