Description:

This is a skilled position requiring the employee to perform a variety of office support functions. Shift hours will be approximately 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Typing, filing, data entry, copying, preparing, shipping and distributing courier packages, composition and editing correspondence. Answer inquiries about the company. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. Route calls to specific people. Take and relay messages Ensure lobby and breakroom are clean and presentable, ensuring the spaces are inviting and professional. Keep both the breakroom and lobby well stocked with essentials. Operate office equipment including but not limited to, telephone system, computers, copiers, fax machines, printers, etc. Coordinate mail flow in and out of office. Prepare outgoing mailings and shipments. Schedule room requests and ensure calendar is updated.
