ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to manage high volume workload, produce quality work, and meet deadlines with minimal direction and supervision Perform assignments of varying complexity requiring experience in the industrial EPC contracting environment and knowledge of construction subcontracting policy and procedures Demonstrable attention to detail and accuracy Lead, develop and execute subcontracting strategies and plans Evaluate complex terms and conditions and issue FFP, T&M and Cost-Plus type subcontracts Work with the project to establish NDA's, develop qualified contractors, request pricing, competitively select contractors, document procurement action and place subcontracts Ensures inquiry packages contain the proper, technical scopes of work, construction work packages, attachments, exhibits, terms, specifications and drawings Perform competitive market analysis Tabulate proposals and assists in performing proposal analysis, price and cost analysis, and establishing price re...Contracts, Manager, Contractor, Management, Supply Chain, Business Services
