Adecco is seeking a dependable and energetic Material Handler to support our client's plastic injection molding operations in Nampa. This role is responsible for preparing, mixing, and transporting materials used in production. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix plastic materials according to specified formulas and procedures
• Operate a barrel hoist and mixing machine safely and efficiently
• Manually move bags weighing up to 55 pounds
• Safely move barrels using appropriate equipment
• Use a calculator to perform simple equations related to material quantities
• Accurately and legibly label mixed materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Basic math and calculator skills
• Ability to read and write clearly
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to retain and apply information quickly
• Physically strong and able to handle demanding workloads
• 1+ yrs warehouse experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift experience or certification
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment is a plus

• Exposure to plastic materials and machinery
• Requires standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
