About the Role:
The IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) team focuses on creating, implementing,and sustaining workplace strategies and technology to improve organizational value and real estate investment returns. We provide meaningful engagements to develop impactful and achievable business solutions.
The IWMS Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions that meet complex business and operational requirements. Working closely with product leads, business analysts, and CAD team members, this role delivers high‑quality solutions across Workplace Service Delivery, Nuvolo, Now Assist, and core platform capabilities, following ServiceNow development standards and best practices. The role contributes to platform maturity through disciplined release management, reusable development patterns, and secure, API‑driven integrations, while ensuring the ServiceNow platform remains stable, performant, compliant, and well‑integrated within the client's broader technical ecosystem.
In addition to providing in‑depth analysis, this role concurrently synthesizes the output of workstreams and shares progress updates with senior team leaders. Work is completed with limited manager review.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop end‑to‑end solutions across Workplace Service Delivery & Nuvolo application, including case/request experiences, fulfillment automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Platform Development: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow & Nuvolo applications and modules, including writing complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions to meet business needs.
- Integrations: Build and maintain seamless integrations between ServiceNow/Nuvolo and external systems (e.g., JIRA, OracleHCM, monitoring tools) using REST/SOAP web services and Flow Designer.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, creating technical design documents and workflows that drive operational efficiency.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users, ensuring a user‑friendly experience. Respond promptly to platform‑related issues and requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement best practices for ServiceNow & Nuvolo. Proactively identify areas for improvement and apply solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, structured documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Communication: Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the Business Analyst.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8‑10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AJAX, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes) and building custom widgets and UI scripts to improve accessibility and user engagement based on feedback and analytics.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow & Nuvolo development best practices, release management, documentation, and platform governance, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, business analysts, and CAD team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong understanding of IWMS or CAFM technologies is required.

Benefits and Compensation
The minimum salary for the IWMS Solution Architect is $130,000 annually ($62.50 per hour) and the maximum salary is $145,000 annually ($69.71 per hour). Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
