This position ensures that raw material inspection, packaging inspection, and non-conforming materials processes are conducted according to the procedures to enhance compliance and product quality. Job Responsibilities & Tasks: Raw Material QA Specialist will spend 20% of their time assisting with the Packaging Specialist duties (listed in the section below this one) and 80% of their time focused on the following: Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials. Review CO - As to ensure compliance to Materne specifications and communicate approval/disapproval of supplier lots. Propose deviations for incoming materials that are out of specification limits, but which have been accepted under similar results historically (checks the Deviation log). Prepare the daily/weekly pick list for raw material sampling to ensure timely testing according to the needs of the production schedule.
